Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

1. Overview

MixingGPT is a digital product delivered electronically. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a non-tangible, digital service that is provided immediately upon payment confirmation. This policy explains your cancellation rights, the statutory withdrawal right available to EU/UK consumers, and the digital-content waiver that applies to our service.

2. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle from being charged — it does not refund the current period.

  • Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. You retain access until that date.
  • Yearly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing cycle. You retain access until that date.
  • To cancel, use the billing portal link in your dashboard or contact us at billing@mixinggpt.com.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account. Your Free-tier access remains available after a paid subscription ends.

3. General Refund Position

All payments are non-refundable. Because MixingGPT is digital content delivered and accessible immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for:

  • Partial or unused billing periods
  • Unused credits or quota remaining in a billing cycle
  • Plan downgrades or changes mid-cycle
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Lack of use or infrequent use of the service
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases (contact us promptly if this occurs and we will review)

If you believe a charge was made in error or fraudulently, contact us at billing@mixinggpt.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may issue a refund if the charge is confirmed to be erroneous.

4. EU & UK Statutory Withdrawal Right

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract (the “cooling-off period”) without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must send a clear withdrawal notice to billing@mixinggpt.com within 14 days of your purchase. If you exercise this right before accessing or using the service, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Digital-Content Waiver

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Regulation 28 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if:

  • the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and
  • the consumer has acknowledged that by giving that consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.

By subscribing to MixingGPT, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal. Once you have accessed, downloaded, installed, or used the MixingGPT plugin or service after payment, the 14-day withdrawal right is waived in accordance with the above regulations, and no refund will be issued on that basis.

If you do not access, download, install, or use the service within the 14-day period, the withdrawal right remains available, and a refund will be issued upon request as described in Section 4.

6. Discretionary Refunds

Notwithstanding the above, MixingGPT may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or service credit in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • An extended service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours during a paid billing period
  • A confirmed billing error or duplicate charge caused by a system fault
  • Other circumstances determined by MixingGPT to warrant an exception

Any discretionary refund is issued as a credit toward future billing or as a direct refund to the original payment method, at MixingGPT’s discretion. Discretionary refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at billing@mixinggpt.com before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are filed in bad faith or in violation of this policy.

8. Plan Changes & Upgrades

When you upgrade or change plans mid-cycle, any prorated difference is handled by Stripe according to its subscription billing rules. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time on a higher-tier plan after a downgrade.
