2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of MixingGPT per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Subscription Terms

MixingGPT offers subscription-based services. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds, cancellations, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3.1 Early Access

MixingGPT is currently offered under an early access program. During this period, the service may be paused at any time for maintenance, improvements, or infrastructure updates. If services are paused for an extended period, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund for the affected time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible. By subscribing during the early access period, you acknowledge that the service may experience interruptions and that refunds for paused periods are issued at our discretion.

3.2 Crash Reporting

If the MixingGPT plugin crashes, it may automatically generate and transmit a minimal crash report to our servers. This report includes the plugin version, operating system, host DAW name, and crash timestamp. It does not include your audio files, chat content, or personal data. By accepting these Terms of Service, you consent to this automatic crash reporting as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on MixingGPT are provided on an 'as is' basis. MixingGPT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. AI-Generated Content

We are continuously updating and refining our services to improve the quality of the responses we deliver. However, because MixingGPT relies on artificial intelligence, the outputs it produces — including mixing feedback, audio analysis, step-by-step instructions, and any other guidance — may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

You should independently evaluate all AI-generated content and use it only as a starting point for your own work. MixingGPT is not a substitute for professional audio engineering judgment, and you remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided. By using MixingGPT, you acknowledge that you will exercise your own judgment and not rely solely on the outputs of the service.

In no event shall MixingGPT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use MixingGPT, even if MixingGPT or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on MixingGPT could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MixingGPT does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
